His discharge was a joyous occasion for MONSTA X and their fans, as the members Shownu and I.M. as well as Joohoney, Kihyun, and Hyungwon, who are currently serving—came together to welcome him back. The group shared heartwarming photos on X (formerly Twitter), celebrating the reunion and commemorating Minhyuk’s return.

Later that same day, Minhyuk connected with fans through a live broadcast on MONSTA X’s official YouTube channel. During the stream, he expressed his excitement to be back and personally greeted MONBEBE, the group’s devoted fanbase.

“During my time in the military, I was able to grow a little more as a person. It was a precious and valuable time in my life. Thanks to MONBEBE’s support, I was able to complete my service in good health, both physically and mentally,” he said.

Minhyuk’s Big Plans
