Claudia Kim has officially joined Saram Entertainment, marking the next chapter in her steadily ascending global career. The news comes after the “Gyeongseong Creature” star departed from YG Entertainment.

Claudia Kim Joins New Agency

The announcement came on May 2, when Saram’s CEO Lee So Young confirmed that Kim had signed an exclusive contract with the agency.

“We are extremely delighted to be working together with actress Claudia Kim,” Lee said. “Claudia is an actress with a broad acting spectrum and an unrivaled global filmography. We will be unsparing in our support so that Claudia Kim, who is active all over the world with her unique aura and solid energy, can continue her activities in all directions by joining forces with Saram Entertainment, which is building an organized global management system.”

Kim first garnered international attention in 2015 when she portrayed Dr. Helen Cho in Marvel’s “Avengers: Age of Ultron”. Since then, she has balanced blockbuster fare with richly textured television, earning praise for her role as Khutulun in the historical drama “Marco Polo”, and later as Nagini in “Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald”. Kim has also appeared in numerous Korean shows like “Monster”, “Chimera”, and “The Atypical Family”.

Additionally, Kim recently parted ways with YG Entertainment after the company decided to shutter its actor management division. Her move to Saram Entertainment—a company renowned for cultivating both domestic stars and international talent—positions her to take on even more ambitious roles. Fans and industry insiders alike anticipate that Saram’s structured global approach will open doors to projects that fully leverage Claudia’s cross-cultural appeal and dramatic range.

With Saram’s backing, Claudia Kim is expected to pursue a slate of new film and television projects over the coming year, further cementing her status as one of South Korea’s most accomplished and internationally recognized actresses.
