PLAVE Agency Vows Strong Legal Action Against Defamatory Posts
On May 16, VLAST, the agency representing virtual idol group PLAVE, released an official statement declaring its firm stance against ongoing malicious activities targeting the group. According to the announcement, the agency plans to pursue strong legal action against individuals responsible for spreading defamatory remarks, leaking personal information, and engaging in stalking behavior toward the group and its members.
“Regarding previous legal actions, we have received court rulings acknowledging civil liability for damages following the conclusion of criminal proceedings,” the statement read.
“We intend to follow through thoroughly with the enforcement process,” it continued. “In addition, in March 2025, we filed legal complaints against individuals who disclosed personal details and posted malicious content about PLAVE members. Several suspects have been identified, and investigations are currently underway nationwide.”

“For these cases as well, we will uphold a zero-tolerance policy and pursue both criminal penalties and civil damage claims to the fullest extent,” the statement added.
In conclusion, the statement read, “We sincerely thank you for your continued support and valuable reports. The company will remain fully committed to protecting the rights and interests of our artists and promoting a sound fan environment.”
VLAST emphasized that it has been consistently monitoring these harmful actions and collecting evidence through tip-offs and its own internal efforts. The agency stressed that such acts not only cause emotional harm to the artists but also damage their reputations and violate their rights.
To protect the well-being and dignity of PLAVE, VLAST has decided to take a zero-tolerance approach and proceed with both civil and criminal legal action. The agency also encouraged fans to continue reporting malicious content and pledged to ensure a safe and respectful environment for PLAVE’s future activities.
