Loco Drops New Single ‘SEE YOU’ After AOMG Departure

Loco has officially parted ways with AOMG, marking the end of a significant chapter in his career. In honor of his former company, the rapper has released a new single “SEE YOU”.

Loco Releases ‘SEE YOU’ After AOMG Departure

On October 3, AOMG announced his departure via their social media platforms.

“We would like to inform you that Loco’s exclusive contract with AOMG has ended,” the post read. “We sincerely thank Loco, who has made AOMG shine for a long time since 2013, and all the fans who have shown him much love and support.

That same day, at 6 p.m. KST, Loco dropped his new single “SEE YOU” across various online music platforms, a poignant release that reflects the emotions tied to his exit.

Taking to Instagram, Loco shared his thoughts, saying, “Today marks my departure from AOMG, where I’ve spent the past 10 years.” He expressed his deep emotions regarding the single, explaining that it wasn’t just a farewell but a heartfelt reflection of his time at the label. “I’ve poured in the things I wanted to say… a simple farewell wouldn’t suffice to capture the precious time of the past ten years,” he noted. Despite aiming for a beautiful goodbye, he admitted that the song made him feel even more emotional upon hearing the final version.

Loco’s departure follows the exits of other key AOMG artists like Gray, Woo Won Jae, Lee Hi, and GooseBumps earlier in March, and Simon Dominic and CODE KUNST in April. Since then, CODE KUNST along with Gray and Woo Won Jae have established a new agency duover, which may also represent other former AOMG artists in the future.

As Loco embarks on his next chapter, fans are eager to see what’s next for the talented rapper. Best of luck to Loco in his future endeavors!
