On January 6, YG Entertainment revealed details for the 2025 ‘2NE1 CONCERT “WELCOME BACK” ENCORE IN SEOUL’. Scheduled for two nights on April 12 and 13, this encore event was announced in response to the overwhelming success of their ‘WELCOME BACK’ global tour, which kicked off in October 2024.

Unlike their initial Seoul concert in October, the encore performances will be held at the larger KSPO Dome in Seoul’s Olympic Park. This venue upgrade significantly expands audience capacity to over three times that of their previous Seoul concert, offering more fans the opportunity to experience 2NE1’s electrifying stage presence. This means more Blackjacks will be able to see their idols live!

Ticket sales for the encore concert will begin with an exclusive pre-sale on February 5 at 8 p.m. KST. General ticket sales will follow, starting on February 10 at 8 p.m. KST. Needless to say, fans are encouraged to act quickly, as demand is expected to be high considering the amazing performances ahead.

An official from the MMA stated, “We have requested a police investigation into Song Mino for violating the Military Service Act. After conducting an internal review, we identified issues that need confirmation by the police.”

The police are also assessing the details provided by the MMA to determine whether Song Mino indeed neglected his assigned duties. If the allegations are proven true, Song Mino’s discharge, which took place on December 23, could also be revoked. Additionally, he may be required to serve extra time to compensate for the period in question.

The controversy first arose after Dispatch reported on December 17 that Song Mino had failed to properly attend to his responsibilities as a public service worker. While Song Mino has not yet been summoned for questioning, the ongoing investigation has also drawn significant public attention.
