(G)I-DLE Gearing up for May 2025 Comeback

(G)I-DLE is officially making their long-awaited return as a full group next month! CUBE Entertainment has confirmed that the girl group is currently gearing up for a May 2025 comeback!

(G)I-DLE Confirmed for May 2025 Comeback

On April 9, it was reported that the powerhouse girl group is preparing to release a new mini album in mid-May, sparking excitement among fans worldwide. Shortly after the news broke, CUBE Entertainment confirmed the report, stating, “(G)I-DLE will be making a full-group comeback this May. The members are currently in the midst of preparations for the new album. Please look forward to it.”

This also marks (G)I-DLE’s first group comeback in 10 months following the release of their seventh mini album “I SWAY” on July 8, 2024. “I SWAY” showcased the group’s signature confidence and versatility, receiving praise for its genre-blending tracks and strong conceptual storytelling.

Significantly, the upcoming comeback will also be the group’s first official release since all five members renewed their contracts with CUBE Entertainment back in December 2024. The contract renewals were seen as a strong signal of unity and commitment, also reassuring Neverland (their fandom) that the group intends to continue making music together as five.

Anticipation is already running high as fans speculate about the concept, sound, and visuals the group will bring this time around. Known for their bold image, empowering messages, and self-produced hits—especially thanks to leader Soyeon’s creative direction—(G)I-DLE has also carved a unique space for themselves in the K-pop scene.

As the group enters this exciting new chapter of their career, fans can also expect another powerful and dynamic comeback that will further solidify their reputation as one of the most innovative girl groups in the industry today.
