On September 27, his agency BLITZWAY STUDIOS released an official statement confirming the news, marking a significant moment in the artist’s career.

Actor Kim Woo Seok will enlist as an active-duty soldier in the Army Band on November 4,” the statement read. “For safety reasons, there will be no official event on the day he enters the recruit training center. We kindly ask that you refrain from visiting the site.”

“With everyone’s support, he will complete his service in good health and greet everyone as a more matured individual,” it added.

Kim Woo Seok initially gained recognition as a member of the boy group UP10TION, where he made his debut and captivated fans with his charisma and talent. In addition to his music career, he successfully transitioned into acting, making his acting debut in the web drama “TWENTY-TWENTY”.
