On January 13, a representative from the drama “Slowly but Intensely” (literal title) announced that filming officially began on January 12. This highly anticipated series, set in the 1960s and 1970s, explores the lives of individuals in the broadcasting industry, offering a compelling glimpse into the world of stars on stage and the unsung heroes working behind the scenes.
The project brings together a powerhouse team. Writer Noh Hee Kyung, celebrated for her works like “It’s Okay, That’s Love,” “Dear My Friends,” and “Our Blues,” crafts yet another nuanced and thought-provoking narrative. This marks her third collaboration with Song Hye Kyo, following their previous successes in “Worlds Within” (2008) and “That Winter, The Wind Blows” (2013).
