Watch: The Ark, UNI.T Reunite in Lee Suji’s Wedding

Idol-turned-actress Lee Suji has tied the knot with actor Ko Hyoung Woo, and her former groups The Ark and UNI.T are there to celebrate the joyous occasion!

On Saturday, October 7, the couple happily exchanged vows to mark the beginning of a new chapter in their lives. 

As it was a once in a lifetime event, some of Suji and Hyoung Woo’s celebrity friends gathered to share their well wishes to the newlyweds. To everyone’s surprise, Suji’s former groups The Ark and UNI.T even had a reunion performance!

After the wedding, former The Ark member Euna Kim even shared one highlight of the ceremony. On her personal Instagram account, the singer posted a clip of the The Ark members harmoniously singing their debut track “The Light.” Together with the bride Suji, the group blessed the attendees with a nostalgic performance.

Moreover, Euna Kim mentioned in her caption that the reunion performance was a special song to commemorate Suji’s special wedding day. The singer also shared that the members only had limited time to rehearse but went smoothly thanks to their bond. “We only had 30 minutes of practice and yet the years we spent together paid off,” she said.

Moreover, the dazzling celebration was even made more special with another performance from Suji’s other former group, UNI.T. In a clip shared by one of the attendees, the UNI.T members were seen singing blissfully in front of the couple. Additionally, members Hyunjoo and Yebin also posted photos of the group with Suji and Hyoung Woo.

Although both The Ark and UNI.T have disbanded, both groups have shown off the strong friendship between members, as proven by their presence at Suji’s wedding. Apart from these groups, other celebrities were in attendance as well.

Suji’s age friend group, the 98-line, were among the celebrities who attended the event.  Some of the 98z who were spotted on the occasion were Viviz’ Sinb and Umji, SEVENTEEN’s Seungkwan, and soloist Ungjae, also known as HELLO GLOOM. 

Seungkwan even relayed his congratulatory message for the newlyweds through a song. Even without Suji’s request, the idol heartily offered to sing “The Reason,” making the evening more magical.

Undoubtedly, the enchanting performances from the singers appeared as an irreplaceable gift for the couple. Congratulations and best wishes Suji and Hyoung Woo!

Former UNI.T’s Lee Suji, Actor Ko Hyoung Woo Stun in Wedding Photos

Wedding bells are soon to ring for celebrity couple Lee Suji and Ko Hyoung Woo. And in celebration of their upcoming big day, the former UNI.T member shared stunning wedding photos from their wedding pictorial. 

On Wednesday, October 4, actor Ko Hyoung Woo also shared the beautiful photos on his Instagram alongside a heartwarming caption. 

“I got to marry a loving, warm, pretty, young bride,” he said in the translated post. “Let’s be happy together for a long time. Thank you so much for coming into my life,” the actor added.

In early September, the idol announced her plans of tying the knot. There, Suji expressed how much she’s looking forward to starting a new chapter in her life. 

“More than anything else, I’m so happy to know that the power of love is bigger than anything else,” she said then. Moreover, she also asked for the fans’ continued support. 

At the time, she didn’t disclose her partner, only saying that her groom-to-be is someone friendly and has a warm heart. Hence, the release of her wedding photo with Hyoung Woo left their fans pleasantly surprised. 

For those unfamiliar, Hyoung Woo starred in the series The Battle of Jangsari.

Upon seeing the lovely photos, the 98-line, Suji’s age friend group, immediately sent their congratulatory messages for the couple.

In one of her posts, SinB of girl group Viviz gave a flattering remark to the bride-to-be. “Princess like no other,” the idol commented.

Prior to the release of the wedding pictorial, the 98z including Viviz’ Sinbi and Umji, SEVENTEEN’s Seungkwan, and soloist Hello Gloom already celebrated Suji’s milestone with her.

In the photos Suji shared on her personal Instagram account, the friend group gifted her a cake, a bouquet of flowers, and some other presents.

“Thanks to many of you who pray with my friends and congratulate me 100 times, I got great comfort and joy,” the singer wrote in her caption.

Aside from the 98-liners, the couple was also congratulated by other celebrities including model Um Yejin and singer-actress Kim So Ri. 

The couple’s wedding ceremony will be held sometime this October. Congratulations to the couple!

Former UNI.T Member Yoonjo and Actor Kim Dong Ho to Marry

Love is indeed in the air as former Uni.T member Yoonjo and actor Kim Dong Ho announced that they are soon tying the knot!

On Monday, September 11, the singer penned a heartfelt message where she unveiled the delightful news to her fans. In the same post, Yoonjo also shared stunning photos from their wedding shoot.

“Today, I have something I want to tell you, so I am writing a handwritten letter for the first time in a long time. I’ve met the person I want to spend the rest of my life with, and we will get married before the cold winter comes,” Yoonjo said at the start of her letter.

Additionally, the singer reassured her fans that she is in good hands. She shared that her fiancé has been a huge source of strength for her and he has always remained by her side.

As she wrapped up her letter, Yoonjo expressed her gratitude to those who have sent them congratulatory messages. She also wished for everyone’s good health. “I’d like to sincerely thank everyone who congratulates us, and I hope that everyone will take care of their health in this changing weather, so that your days are both happy and healthy,” she said.

Meanwhile, her fiancé, actor Kim Dong Ho, also announced the happy news through his official fan cafe. “I met the person I want to be my lifelong partner, and we are getting married in November of this year,” the musical actor wrote. 

“Now, I’m going to start a new second act within the warm confines of my home.” he added.

Like Yoonjo, Dong Ho also thanked his fans and promised to repay their support by improving as an actor. “I am truly grateful to you all for loving and supporting me despite my shortcomings. I will work hard to repay you by becoming a more mature and wonderful actor,” he mentioned.

Other details about their wedding weren’t disclosed.

Congratulations Yoonjo and Dong Ho! 

Upon hearing the news, numerous celebrities have sent their well wishes to the bride-to-be, including her former members in Uni.T.

Singer-songwriter Yebin, Yoonjo’s former bandmate, said “My beloved sister, I congratulate you so much. Let’s be happy for the rest of your life”.

Aside from Yebin, NC.A, Yang Jiwon, and Hong Eui-Jin, also known as Hezz, also expressed their happiness with the news as they left cheerful remarks on Yoonjo’s post. Another Uni.T member Lee Suji, who also announced her marriage recently, sent her congratulatory message. 

It is indeed a blissful year for Uni.T as two of their members are getting married soon. Last September 9, Suji shared photos of the girl group in celebration of her bridal shower.
