Stray Kids’ leader Bang Chan will not be participating in the group’s scheduled events today due to health concerns, as announced by JYP Entertainment.

On January 12, the agency released an official statement, explaining that Bang Chan had developed “sudden symptoms of a flu” and, after following medical advice, would be taking a break to focus on his recovery. They also emphasized the importance of prioritizing his health and well-being, ensuring he gets the rest he needs to recover fully.
“We inform you that Stray Kids member Bang Chan won’t be able to take part in the following schedules that were planned for today, due to sudden symptoms of a flu,” the statement read.
“As recommended by medical professionals, Bang Chan is currently taking adequate rest,” it continued. “The decision to exclude Bang Chan was made for the safety of both the artist and fans. We would like to apologize to STAY who have been looking forward to his schedule and ask for your kind understanding.”
