On the first night of their Seoul concert series at the KSPO Dome on November 1, Huening Kai had to leave midway through the show due to a sudden health issue. Later that evening, BIGHIT MUSIC released an official statement explaining that Huening Kai experienced a sudden decline in his condition caused by indigestion.

The agency shared that Huening Kai is currently resting and focusing on his recovery to ensure a swift return to full health. In their statement, BIGHIT MUSIC acknowledged Huening Kai’s commitment and determination to join his bandmates for the remaining two nights of the concert on November 2 and 3. However, they assured fans that his health would be prioritized in making any final decisions about his participation.

“On November 1st (Friday), during the first day of the ‘TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR <ACT : PROMISE> ENCORE IN SEOUL’, Huening Kai experienced a sudden decline in condition due to indigestion and was unable to continue performing. He is currently resting and focusing on recovery,” the statement read.

“Although the artist is very determined to participate in the future shows, we will prioritize his health and flexibly adjust his participation based on his condition. We kindly ask for MOA’s understanding,” it added.
