SM Entertainment has announced that Doyoung, known for his role as a vocalist in NCT, is preparing to release his first solo album. Following in the footsteps of fellow NCT members Taeyong and Ten, Doyoung’s solo debut is highly anticipated, though the release date of his album remains under wraps. All his agency said was that it will drop in the first half of 2024.

He has been a vital part of several of these sub-units. He was in NCT U, a rotational unit whose members can be changed depending on the song the unit is promoting.
