On January 29, Netflix officially announced that the highly anticipated season will premiere on June 27. To mark the occasion, they unveiled a gripping new poster and several stills, offering fans a tantalizing preview of what’s to come in the globally acclaimed survival drama.
The striking poster showcases a pink guard dragging a bloodied contestant toward a coffin wrapped with a pink ribbon, an unsettling yet iconic image that echoes the show’s dark, dystopian themes. The ominous caption, “Prepare for the final game,” hints at the brutal, high-stakes conclusion that awaits. A vivid, swirling flower-patterned floor sets the eerie backdrop, while the shadowy silhouettes of Young Hee, the infamous motion-detecting doll from the first game “Red Light, Green Light,” and her companion Cheol Su—first introduced in the post-credits scene of Season 2—add an extra layer of suspense.
The newly released stills reveal Seong Gi Hun (Lee Jung Jae) in dire straits, handcuffed after the failed uprising against the game’s orchestrators.
