Stray Kids has achieved another impressive milestone by going gold with yet another album in the United States! The group’s EP ‘MAXIDENT’ is now the fourth album to achieve the feat!

‘MAXIDENT’ Becomes 4th Stray Kids Album to Earn Gold Certification in the US

The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) has officially certified Stray Kids’ 2022 mini album ‘MAXIDENT’ gold, signifying over 500,000 units sold in the U.S. This remarkable accomplishment highlights the group’s growing global influence and their strong presence in the American music market.

‘MAXIDENT’ is now Stray Kids’ fourth album to receive gold certification from the RIAA, following the success of ‘★★★★★ (5-STAR)’, ‘ROCK-STAR’, and ‘ATE’. In addition to their albums, the group has also earned gold certifications for several of their hit singles, including “God’s Menu,” “MANIAC,” “Back Door,” and “Thunderous.” This brings Stray Kids’ total number of RIAA gold certifications to eight—a testament to their consistent popularity and the dedication of their passionate fanbase, STAY.

With this latest achievement, Stray Kids has tied BTS’s record for the most albums certified gold by the RIAA among K-pop artists. Both groups have now reached gold status with four different albums in the U.S., solidifying their positions as leaders of the global K-pop wave.

Stray Kids’ continuous success reflects not only their dynamic musical style and powerful performances but also their ability to connect with fans worldwide. Their genre-defying tracks, innovative concepts, and strong self-production skills have resonated with a diverse audience, making them one of the most influential K-pop groups of this generation.

The group is currently preparing for their fifth fan meeting set for later this month. SKZ 5’CLOCK will be held on February 14, 15 and 16 at INSPIRE Arena in Seoul. The third day of the show will be broadcast simultaneously on Beyond LIVE.

Congratulations to Stray Kids on this incredible achievement, and here’s to more milestones ahead!
