GreatGuys are finally speaking out after the shocking news of their world tour cancellation. The members of the idol group broke their silence after assuring fans that they have safely returned to South Korea.
GreatGuys Issues Statement Regarding World Tour Cancellation
Following the abrupt cancellation of GreatGuys’ highly anticipated world tour scheduled from November 12 to 19, the group shared a photo confirming that they are back in South Korea. Their agency, DNA Entertainment, also issued an official statement of apology. In the statement, CEO Lee Jae Sung extends his heartfelt apologies to the devoted fans who had eagerly anticipated the tour.
Lee Jae Sung expressed deep regret for the disappointment caused to fans and emphasized the agency’s commitment to finding a suitable resolution. Furthermore, the agency reassured fans who had already purchased tickets that they are actively working to facilitate the refund process.

Additionally, Lee Jae Sung called upon ONK Entertainment, the tour’s organizer, to promptly process the refunds. DNA Entertainment is dedicated to ensuring that their fans receive the refunds they are entitled to and pledged to provide fans with details of the refund procedure within the next 2 to 3 days.
Shockingly, the statement revealed that some staff members were unable to return to South Korea following the event. Lee once again called on ONK Entertainment to assist the staff so they can safely return home.
“Also, the DNA team leader and stylist are still in Denver right now,” the statement read. “The hair and makeup staff cannot return to Korea. ONK Entertainment’s staff went to Korea, we ask that you take responsibility until the end so that we can return safely!”
