Pre-Debut Group HinLOVE Shocks Followers with Shirtless Social Media Banner

A new social media banner for a pre-debut group has sparked considerable concerns and discussions online. HinLOVE certainly raised eyebrows by dropping a shirtless picture of the seven members!

Pre-Debut Group Drops Unexpected Shirtless Photo

BEAT INTERACTIVE, known for managing the K-pop group A.C.E, has been teasing their new trainees under the name NEWBEAT for quite some time. These trainees have been actively promoting their presence, featuring in A.C.E’s music videos and participating in the group’s recent U.S. tour.

On June 20, BEAT INTERACTIVE dropped a significant hint that the group is nearing their official debut by teasing their name, “HinLOVE,” and unveiling a new Twitter account dedicated to the group. When netizens visited this new account, they were taken aback to see a social media banner featuring seven shirtless members.

The image quickly became a hot topic online. While some fans expressed curiosity and excitement about the new group, many voiced concerns about the image being projected by the upcoming idols. Critics argued that the decision to showcase the members shirtless could be seen as an attempt to attract attention through provocative means rather than focusing on their musical talents and potential. This sparked a broader conversation about the marketing strategies used for K-pop idols and the pressures young trainees face even before their official debut.

Amid the buzz, BEAT INTERACTIVE has not yet revealed the official debut date for HinLOVE. As the conversation continues, fans and netizens alike are eagerly awaiting more details about the group’s music and concept. The controversy surrounding the banner highlights the challenges and scrutiny new K-pop groups often face in a highly competitive industry where first impressions can significantly impact their initial reception.

In summary, while HinLOVE’s new social media banner has successfully grabbed attention, it has also raised important questions about the image and marketing strategies employed for pre-debut K-pop groups. Fans are hopeful that future promotions will better showcase the members’ talents and potential, setting the stage for a successful debut.

TOO — Unhelpful guide to Song Donggeon

Dong-geon, a 24-year-old with a commanding presence, is known for his attractive features and pleasant voice. His background is quite interesting, having been born into a family where his father was a pilot. This fueled his desire to explore the world, particularly Europe and Africa. This adventurous spirit led him to live in the Philippines for a while, where he studied English.

His musical journey began when he placed fifth in the survival show WORLD KLASS, which led to the formation of the boy group TOO, later renamed TO1. During his time with TO1, Dong-geon served as one of the group’s vocalists. He was celebrated for his great vocal range and ability to hit high notes effortlessly. He was also considered one of the group’s visuals. Dong-geon was hailed for his excellent physique, especially his washboard abs. However, his favorite part of his body is his arms because they are muscular and veined.

We wish Dong-geon the best

All eyes are on Dong-geon as he embarks on this new chapter of his career. a.c.e’s Chan, Donghun, and Jun Change Stage Names

Beat Interactive announced on August 12 that three members of K-pop boy group A.C.E will make changes in their stage names.

According to the agency, members Chan, Donghun, and Jun have decided to use their real names instead.

Meaning, Chan will move forward with his activities as Kang Yuchan, Donghun with Lee Donghun, and Jun with Park Junhee.

Additionally, Beat Interactive emphasized that members Kim Byeongkwan and WOW made no changes. With this, WOW, whose real name is Kim Se Yoon, is the only A.C.E member to use a stage name.

“Please look forward to the future activities ahead,” the agency told fans.

While Beat Interactive didn’t provide any explanation or reason behind the changing of names, it can be noted that the A.C.E members have been using their real names in their acting activities.

Kang Yungchan has appeared in Age of Youth 2 and Marry Me Now, while Park Junhee starred in Tinted with You and Sometoon 2021.

Fans also pointed out how their stage names are common among other K-pop groups. And the change would help the A.C.E members be recognized instantly.

The changes came almost six years after the group made their debut in 2017.

As for A.C.E’s future group activities, there’s no details yet as two members, Kim Beyongkwan and Kang Yungchan, are still in the military.

Meanwhile, Park Junhee, Lee Donghun, and WOW have all been recently discharged.

TEEN TOP’s Changjo Signs With New Agency After TOP Media Exit

Changjo has finally signed up with a new company. The TEEN TOP main dancer just signed an exclusive contract with a new agency after leaving TOP Media in January.

TEEN TOP Maknae Choi Jong Hyun Signs With BEAT INTERACTIVE

BEAT INTERACTIVE issued a statement confirming that Choi Jong Hyun had signed with the agency.

We signed an exclusive contract with actor Choi Jong Hyun (Teen Top’s Changjo) in June 2023,” the statement read. “Choi Jong Hyun holds a strong footing as a member of Teen Top and has a strong fanbase both domestically and internationally.”

We will become Choi Jong Hyun’s reliable partner and support him so that he can infinitely unfold the potential he has as an actor,” it continued. “Also, we will provide wholehearted support so he can promote solo in a variety of ways, including album promotions and various content.”

The statement concludes with the company asking fans for “lots of support and interest in Choi Jong Hyun.” It is noted that Changjo “is taking a new leap as an actor and solo artist” with BEAT INTERACTIVE.

There is a good reason why Changjo has finally signed with a new agency. In April, it was confirmed that TEEN TOP is preparing for their first comeback in four years. Since Choi Jong Hyun did not renew his contract with TOP Media in January, he will need a new company to represent him.

Choi Jong Hyun is now just the main dancer for TEEN TOP, he is also an accomplished actor. He has appeared in TV shows like “Sweden Laundry” and “My Brother Disappeared”. In 2015, he took on a lead role in the movie “Mak Girls”.

TEEN TOP is currently preparing for their comeback which will be the first one since C.A.P’s departure. Bang Min-soo announced that he is leaving the group after his shocking outburst during a controversial live stream.

BEAT Interactive Addresses Social Media Accounts Impersonating A.C.E.’s Jun

BEAT Interactive is cracking down on fake fan accounts. The agency representing A.C.E. has issued a statement addressing social media accounts pretending to be the group’s leader Jun. The company will also take legal action against the fake Park Jun Hee account.

A.C.E.’s Agency Threatens Legal Action Against Fake Social Media Account Impersonating Jun

BEAT Interactive shared the statement regarding the fake social media account.

“Recently, we have been receiving reports regarding impersonating the accounts of Jun, a member of A.C.E.,” it reads.

“In response, we will report this as an abusive account and will take strong legal action against the users for impersonating the artist’s account if the deletion is not processed as soon as possible,” the statement continued.

The company also revealed that the impersonation account is “@hyun_jin121” and included a screenshot of the profile. Additionally, they urged CHOICEs to be vigilant and report any accounts impersonating the A.C.E. members.

“If you find any impersonation accounts, please report them to us via (info@beatkor.com),” the statement concluded.

Jun has not yet addressed the issue personally as he is currently serving in the military. Park Junhee enlisted for mandatory military service on February 7, 2022. He is currently serving as an active-duty soldier and will be discharged in August this year.

Jun is not the only member of A.C.E. who is currently serving in the military. The other four members of the idol group enlisted for mandatory military service between 2021 and 2022.

Donghun, Jun, Wow, Kim Byeongkwan and Chan will be discharged between late 2023 to early 2024. A.C.E. is expected to make a full group comeback once the final member Kang Yu Chan is discharged next year. However, BEAT Interactive has not yet released an official announcement about the comeback.

For now, the aforementioned Instagram account is the only one pretending to be A.C.E.’s Jun. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
