The “Adult Swim” MV was dropped on April 3. Along with the single, Kai also dropped a fresh set of concept photos, further heightening anticipation for his return.
Kai’s fourth solo mini album, “Wait On Me”, is set to be released on April 21 at 6 p.m. KST. This marks his first comeback since completing his military service, making it a particularly meaningful release for both him and his fans.
Adding to the excitement, Kai has also announced the dates and venues for his much-awaited 2025 solo tour, “KAION”. The tour will kick off with a two-night concert in Seoul on May 17 and 18 at the Olympic Handball Gymnasium. From there, Kai will take his performances to multiple cities across Asia, starting with Kuala Lumpur on May 24, Macau on June 7, Jakarta on June 14, and Singapore on June 21.
His journey will continue in Taipei on July 12, Manila on July 27, Bangkok on August 2, and Yokohama on August 6 and 7, before concluding in Hong Kong on August 16. With a packed schedule ahead, fans are thrilled to finally see Kai back on stage, doing what he does best.
The announcement of Kai’s military enlistment two years ago came as an unexpected surprise to fans. After his agency made the news public, Kai immediately went live to speak to EXO-Ls. During the broadcast, he became emotional, shedding tears as he shared, “I’m going to the military.” He later clarified that while he wasn’t upset about serving, he was heartbroken because he had big plans for EXO’s comeback that he was eager to show fans.
