The first ‘Asia Star Entertainer Awards 2024’ (ASEA) is gearing up to be a dazzling spectacle, featuring performances by popular groups including THE BOYZ, STAYC, and NiziU. The announcement, made by the ASEA Organizing Committee on February 5th, has sparked immense excitement among fans, setting the stage for an unforgettable event.

Asia Star Entertainer Awards 2024 Announces Official Lineup

Scheduled to take place on April 10th at the ‘K-Arena Yokohama‘ in Yokohama City, Japan, the ASEA will be hosted by none other than Girls’ Generation’s Kwon Yuri and 2PM’s Ok Taecyeon, adding star power to an already star-studded lineup.

THE BOYZ, a dynamic eleven-member group under IST Entertainment, has been captivating audiences with their distinctive style. Their latest EP, ‘Pt.2: Sixth Sense,’ released in November 2023, showcased their versatility and musical prowess.

STAYC, known for their fresh and vibrant sound, released their third EP, ‘Teenfresh,’ in August 2023. Currently on a world tour of the same name, STAYC is set to bring their infectious energy to the ASEA stage.

NiziU, a Japanese girl group formed by JYP Entertainment and Sony Music Entertainment Japan, has also captured hearts with their talent and charm. Comprising nine members, NiziU made their South Korean debut in October 2023 with the single album ‘Press Play.’

The venue for the ASEA, K-Arena, is a monumental addition to the event. As the world’s largest music-exclusive arena, also boasting a seating capacity of 20,000, K-Arena opened its doors in September last year. Located just 30 minutes from the center of Tokyo, it has also become a premier destination for hosting performances by top-tier artists, particularly from the K-pop industry.
