BLACKPINK’s Jisoo Confesses Surprising Lazy Phone Habit

Jisoo of BLACKPINK openly admitted that she’s not one to frequently check her text messages. The “Flower” singer shared her lazy habit with fellow member Rosé. However, Jisoo had an interesting reason why she doesn’t give text messages much attention.

BLACKPINK’s Jisoo Admits Being Lazy About Checking Text Messages

In a recent episode of “MBTI Balance Game” on Jisoo’s YouTube channel “Happy Jisoo 103%,” both Jisoo and Rosé shared their MBTI personality types. It was confirmed that Jisoo is ISTP while Rosé is ENFP.

As part of their engaging conversation, they decided to read aloud the MBTI descriptions of each other’s personalities. Not surprisingly, it gave BLINKS an intriguing glimpse into their character traits. Rosé kicked off the insightful exchange, delving into the characteristics associated with Jisoo’s ISTP personality type.

At one point, Rosé read out loud that ISTP personalities “leave people on read and do not respond when they run out of things to say.” The “Gone” singer refuted the statement. “No, Jisoo is responsive to me; I don’t think this is you,” she said.

Interestingly, Jisoo disagreed with her fellow BLACKPINK member. “But I have lots of messages I haven’t read,” she said. This prompted Rosé to admit, “That’s the same with me too. Is that the trait of P?”

Although it’s not encouraged to ignore text messages, BLINKs loved the rapport between the BLACKPINK members. It’s clear that Jisoo and Rosé enjoy talking to each other and laughing about their similarities. With that in mind, we’re hoping that the girls continue to share interesting details about their personalities in the future.

In the meantime, BLACKPINK is gearing up for a new venture. On May 18, the group unveiled their new single “The Girls”. The song will be featured on the soundtrack of their mobile game, “BLACKPINK: The Game” which was released on August 23, 2023.

Rosé Discusses BLACKPINK Headlining Coachella 2023 and Performing Solo

Rosé is speaking out about BLACKPINK’s latest milestone as the headliners for COACHELLA 2023. The group’s main vocalist also discussed what she learned after releasing her solo album ‘R’.

Rosé Reveals Initial Reaction To BLACKPINK Being Chosen As COACHELLA 2023 Headliners

Roseanne Park recently collaborated with GQ Korea in a stunning pictorial. In the accompanying interview, the BLACKPINK member shared her initial reaction to the group being chosen to headline COACHELLA 2023.

“It really feels like a dream. When I first heard the news, I was speechless. I was so shocked. To us, it was a movie-like moment,” Rosé said.

She added that “this has been a longtime dream. I couldn’t even dare imagine being headliner. I was just happy to participate in Coachella and stand on stage.”

BLACKPINK recently headlined the main stage on COACHELLA 2023 for two weekends. The members each got to perform a solo stage and Park Chaeyoung performed a song from her solo album ‘R’.

Rosé Shares Personal Growth As A Solo Artist

Rosé also admitted that she learned a lot from working on a solo album and performing without Jisoo, Jennie, and Lisa.

“To be honest, I myself didn’t know in the past. But now I definitely know. Would it be because I’m still learning?” she asked.

She further explained, “There’s definitely an image and complete version I have to show as BLACKPINK. Images that are more powerful and energetic. But when I’m solo, it’s a bit different. It’s mixed with a bit of boredom and there’s overall a lot of soft images.”

In the past, I’d say ‘Rosé is Rosé,’ but not anymore. I’m gradually learning that I have to absorb and express a variety of images. It’s fun,” she concluded.

BLACKPINK is currently on the road for the BORN PINK World Tour. The group recently confirmed encore shows in selected cities in North America. The new dates will be in August this year.

BLACKPINK will perform as the closing act on April 15 and 22 at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. They will be the first South Korean group to headline the event and Jennie told Billboard they feel “honored.”

“We’re so excited and honored to be able to return to Coachella as headliners,” the “Solo” singer said. “We had the best time in 2019 and can’t wait to experience the energy of the audience again. There are some nerves, but more than anything, we’re just ready to have fun.”

Headlining COACHELLA ‘Feels Absolutely Unreal’

Rosé still can’t believe it’s happening. The “Gone” singer claims, “It feels absolutely unreal.”

“I think performing for Coachella in 2019 was a moment that really woke us up as BLACKPINK—to be motivated, to dream on and dream big,” she added. “But we never expected anything as big as being the headliner of a festival we’ve all grown up admiring and hoping someday we could find ourselves in the crowd of.”

Jisoo laughed when she said, “It’s always so happy to meet BLINKs up close.”

“2019 Coachella was full of fascination and excitement, but we have no clue how 2023 Coachella will be. We try all the time to show a new side of ourselves for each stage to repay the love from BLINKs,” the “Flower” singer said. “It is an honor to perform as a headliner for Coachella festival; we want to show our improvement as BLACKPINK on stage — and will — so, stay tuned.”

Finally, Lisa stated that she is looking forward to having fun. “Our motto is to enjoy every stage and moment, ‘as if it’s the last,’ [by] interacting with the audience by energy and doing our best while performing,” she said. “We’re working hard on various performances for 2023 Coachella; look forward to it!”

BLACKPINK is currently on the BORN PINK World Tour. The girl group will perform as the main headliners on both Coachella festival weekends on April 15 and 22, 2023.
