S.Coups, the charismatic leader of SEVENTEEN, recently took to Weverse to update fans about his day, particularly his ongoing rehabilitation. He began by reassuring CARATs, the fandom name for SEVENTEEN supporters, that he had completed his rehab for the day. Emphasizing the need for strength, he encouraged fans to stay strong, mirroring his own determination.

A concerned fan reached out, highlighting the challenges and pain associated with rehab. In response, S.Coups admitted that the process was more demanding than anticipated. This candid exchange was soon joined by fellow SEVENTEEN member Jeonghan, who playfully suggested a run together once S.Coups fully recovers. Jeonghan boasted about his improved stamina, saying he can now run for approximately six minutes. In response to another fan’s query, Jeonghan emphasized that the proposed run would take place after S.Coups‘ complete recovery.

S. Coups later went live. He greeted fans and spoke about his rehabilitation journey. “Hello. I worked hard on my rehab today. Rehab is always painful, but we have to overcome it. Talking isn’t bothersome; I just have to work hard. My muscles have deteriorated a lot. Anyway, it’s been a long time. I feel like I haven’t shown my face in a while. I thought briefly showing my face would be nice, so I turned this on for a moment.”

He also touched upon his sleep patterns, saying, “Certainly, someone who used to be physically active and now isn’t can’t sleep well at night. I fall asleep early and wake up early, so I couldn’t sleep. I’m always sleepy in the evenings. But I wanted to show my face briefly before I doze off. Let’s talk about good things. Let’s just chat.”

What has S.Coups been up to?

S.Coups revealed, “Lately, I’ve had a lot of free time, so even if I don’t release it, I wanted to do something productive. Being at home all the time makes me feel a bit down. So I ended up working on personal projects. I finished making a song, but recording is quite challenging, so I recorded twice. I made the song too difficult because I was too ambitious. But Bumzu-hyung and I are looking for a solution.”

Addressing fans’ curiosity about his appearance, he playfully teased, “Did I dye my hair? I dyed it, but the color faded. So I’m wondering what I should do with it now. My eyes are red, but that’s because my bangs are getting in my eyes after I cut them short.” He also touched on his diet: “I don’t drink much coffee, but I always leave some behind. I never really hated mint chocolate ice cream. I just never ate it often. Was it the ‘Superdad’ pack from Baskin Robbins? You have to order a few flavors, so I was like, ‘Let’s try the mint choco!’ And it was good.”

Hope and encouragement

Concluding his heartfelt session, S.Coups left fans with a message of hope and encouragement: “I have to go now, but I hope you all got a good look. I’ll work hard on my rehabilitation and show you a healthier side of me. CARATs, take care. The weather has been on and off with rain lately, so don’t get caught in it. We’ll see each other again when we can. I’ll come often. Everyone, rest well. I’ll go now. Bye-bye.”

His live broadcast lasted less than 12 minutes, but that was more than enough for the fans who missed him dearly. Here’s hoping he recovers from his injury soon! – K-Pop News Writer
